Gabriella Han
CX & Innovation Strategist
Gabriella Han brings over 7 years of specialized experience in customer experience and innovation, having worked with industry leaders and global markets. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in implementing innovative strategies and solutions that have significantly improved customer journeys and business outcomes.
She has notably held key positions at BRP, where she contributed to the success of various strategic initiatives within the BRP-X Innovation Lab and global marketing teams. Gabriella’s expertise ranges from coordinating brand efforts to leading innovation programs, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges facing businesses in today’s dynamic environment.

Marin Destison
Senior CX, UX & UXR strategist
Marin Destison brings extensive expertise in user and customer experience, backed by a background in Industrial Design from the University of Montreal and Business Design from the Domus Academy in Milan. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of organizations, from consulting firms like Valtech Canada to cutting-edge startups such as Element AI, as well as established corporations like BRP.
At BRP, Marin played a pivotal role in developing strategic initiatives that enhanced customer interactions and strengthened brand engagement. His expertise spans user research (UXR), experience design (UX), customer journey mapping (CX), and service design. This versatility gives him a unique perspective and the ability to craft tailored solutions for complex challenges faced by organizations in today’s fast-paced and competitive environments.
